Vineyard & Shop: The 11-acre vineyard is planted with seven grape varietiesCabernet, Tempranillo, Syrah, Sangiovese, Mourvdre, Roussanne, and Albario. It boasts state-of-the-art technology including soil drought monitors at 1 and 3 feet and an advanced irrigation system that adjusts based on real-time soil data. A laser system protects the vines from birds, maximizing yield, while high fencing safeguards against wildlife. The vineyard shop is fully equipped with tractors, irrigation pumps, and storage facilities, including an office and a small apartment, ensuring seamless vineyard management and expansion potential.

Tasting Room: Built into the hillside for natural cooling, the winery features a modern tank room with variable-capacity tanks and a computerized horizontal wine press. The tasting room seats 38 and includes a glass wall overlooking the tank room, offering visitors a view into the winemaking process. An adjacent laboratory provides precise testing and monitoring for top-quality production. The outdoor patio with stone tables and benches, along with seating under oak trees, offers stunning views of the Colorado River Valley, enhancing the tasting experience and making it ideal for private events and tours.

Tank Room: The tank room currently has 1 1kL, 2 2kL, and 1 6kL jacketed, variable capacity tanks. Hoses connected to the harvest processing equipment allow the crushed grapes to be put into any tank for fermentation. The tank room also has a computerized horizontal wine press and all necessary equipment to process the grapes into wine. There is an elevated walkway around the tanks for access to the tanks from the top. The chiller system connected to all the tanks can lower the temperature to 0 if needed.

Barrel Room: The barrel room, integrated into the hillside, houses 100 barrels with additional space for expansion. It is linked to the tank room above via pipelines for seamless wine transfer. The room is insulated with galvanized metal for easy maintenance and equipped with dual air conditioning units and UV light sanitizers to control temperature and humidity. A humidifier maintains optimal conditions for aging wine.

Outdoor Pavilion: The 4,800 sq. ft. outdoor pavilion is a versatile space for gatherings, featuring a full kitchen, bathrooms, and two storage rooms. It has been the site of numerous events, including concerts and weddings.

Shop: the shop has a small office, garage bay and garage upstiars apartment.

Utilities & Infrastructure: The property includes a water well and rainwater collection system, comprehensive electric coverage, and a private internet network.
