The land includes about 70 acres which is in the US Corps of Engineers Lake Proctor flowage easement flood plain, so there can be water on the land occasionally. The fences are new on the north boundary and along the west side where it joins the wildlife management area, + part of it along CR 434 is also a newer fence. Directions: Approx. 2 miles south of De Leon, turn left (east) onto CR 446. Go about 2 miles to a T and turn right on CR 446. Stay on CR 446 until you cross the Leon River and after about .25 miles, turn right on CR 434. The double entrance gate is on CR 434 about .5 miles down. Look for signs.
