Cure Ranch is the perfect weekend recreational ranch, hunting place, or a place to build a forever home in the country. Located between Bryson and Jermyn, TX, the property is ideally situated far enough out in the country but close enough to town 15 minutes west of Jacksboro and about an hour and a half to Ft. Worth.
LOCATION: Property is located north of Bryson on Loving Road. Take 380 out of Jacksboro toward Bryson, turn right on FM 1191, left on Loving Rd, property is 2 miles down Loving Rd on the right.
TERRAIN: Primarily flat to rolling terrain with several cleared fields ideal for food plots or grazing. Soil is mostly sandy loam and some clay.
VEGETATION: Excellent tree cover consisting of good mature oaks, mesquite and other shrub varieties. Grasses are mixed with Coastal and native Bermuda.
WILDLIFE: Deer, Hogs, Turkey, Dove, Coyotes and other predators.
FENCING: Perimeter fencing is in good shape. There is not an existing fence on the west boundary. Current owner and neighbor have run cattle together over the years and never fenced the west boundary.
WATER: Two operating water wells and multiple ponds that hold water year-round. Two larger ponds stocked with bass and catfish that provide great fishing and outdoor enjoyment.
INFRASTRUCTURE: Singlewide trailer house (2 bd /1 bath) with detached shed. Large camper shed/cover, equipment shed and two other hay or equipment sheds on the property.
