Description

Welcome to “Deer Creek Ranch”, which is a little over 94 acres located in southeastern Comanche county that feels much larger due to the diverse terrain, tree cover, and the winding creek crossing the property. This ranch is an outdoorsman’s dream all packed into one very neat property with 100-foot elevation changes, good fences and cross fences, perfect for running a few livestock as well as outstanding recreation and hunting throughout the property. The tree cover is a mix of oak, mesquite, and cedar with lots of heavy brush along the creek. The views from the hilltops are amazing and the remote location is about as peaceful as it gets. The property borders some major farmland growing corn and wheat which is a big plus for the well-fed game residing in the area. There are two very nice hunting cabins with septic, two water wells, nice equipment barn, several shipping containers for storage, and electric power on site, and is ag exemption in place. There are two ponds providing water for the wildlife such as deer. Turkey, and excellent dove hunting. The genetics seems to be outstanding in the deer I have observed as well as the photos from the game camaras. This property defines the term “honey hole” when it comes to hunting, no disappointments here. Come take a look and let’s make a deal just in time for deer season.
