He started his real estate career selling land in Hood County in 2000, before moving back to Clifton and becoming a Central Texas broker in 2003. Cody was raised in Clifton, Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science with a beef cattle emphasis. He invented and patented the Drive-Over Chock, and coined the phrase “ranch real estate” as seen first in public advertisements in 2011. He enjoys fishing and hunting with family and friends, and raises Angus cattle, axis deer, and bongo antelope with his wife and two kids.
