Each pond is equipt with six (6) wooden docks, a water valve, and a cement floodgate for harvesting and emptying of the ponds, eight (8) electric 2 hp aerators, four (4) electric 10 hp aerators, and one (1) large hp aerator, and twelve (12) trays for food sampling. All three ponds have electricity. The property is also equipped with a backup diesel generator capable of holding the entire 198 hp of the three ponds, and each pond has a motion sensor along the perimeter.

The water use of the ponds is provided by two (2) wells that are each 1000 feet deep and come with 40 hp water pump engine and a submergible 6-inch water pump. The electric wells work independently from each other
