Tracy and Cody's vision extends beyond real estate. In 2025, they were Proud Partners of Texas A&M Athletics, where they sponsored NIL athletes (Jace LaViolette, Gavin Grahovac, and Henry Coleman III) and reached a broader audience across the Aggie Network. They are also season ticket holders and part of the Texas A&M Volleyball Maroon Club “Chalk Talk” program with Coach Jamie, experiences that have deepened their connection to the Aggie community and their commitment to supporting student-athletes on and off the court.
Born in San Diego, California, and raised in Needville, Texas, Tracy developed her deep-rooted connection to land and livestock early on from her parents, PRCA calf roper Bill McArthur and Joan McArthur. A proud graduate of Needville High School, Class of 2000, she began riding horses at three years old. She went on to compete statewide in multiple associations—including CPRA, USTRC, FBCYRA, GCBRA, TYRA, YRA, and THSRA Region VII—in events such as barrel racing, team roping, breakaway roping, goat tying, pole bending, cutting, and ribbon roping. In high school, she was crowned FBCYRA Rodeo Queen.
Today, Tracy and Cody raise exotic wildlife on their ranch in Independence, Texas, where they live with their daughter, Ellie. The family attends Brenham Church.
Before her career in real estate, Tracy built a strong foundation in animal science and ranch management. She worked as a Veterinary Technician at Texas A&M University’s Large Animal Hospital (Surgery and Lameness Department) and at Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery – Racetrack Division in both New Mexico and Texas. She also worked on a cattle ranch in Townsend, Montana, gaining valuable experience in livestock operations and land stewardship.
Tracy and Cody previously owned Lenny’s Sub Shop in Bryan, Texas. She is also a published author, contributing to Soft Tissue Surgery – AAVET Equine Manual for Veterinary Technicians.
Her leadership roles include serving four years at Krause Elementary School as PTO President, Vice President, and Chair of Membership & Communication, as well as on the Yearbook Committee. She has also served as Team Mom and Coordinator for several youth programs, including Aggieland Homeschool Athletics Volleyball, Junior Belles of Washington County, and Girl Scout Troop #32103. She currently serves as Scheduler for Aggieland Homeschool Athletics Volleyball, helping to strengthen and grow the program through communication, organization, and mentorship.
