Tracy was born in San Diego, California and raised in Needville, Texas. She is a graduate of Needville High School Class of 2000. At the age of three she started to ride horses and was entered in her first rodeo at the age of five. She competed statewide in USTRC, FBCYRA, GCBRA, TYRA, YRA, and THSRA - Region VII in multiple events: barrel racing, team roping, breakaway roping, goat tying, pole bending, and ribbon roping. In high school Tracy was named FBCYRA – Rodeo Queen and her team roping partner was Cassie Moseley who is also a Capitol Ranch Real Estate agent. Tracy also trained rodeo horses and gallop racehorses alongside her dad, PRCA calf roper – Bill McArthur and Joan McArthur, on their family ranch in Simonton, Texas. Her family is well-known across multiple states for their expertise in horse training, which they won the All-American Futurity in Ruidoso, NM and her aunt was recognized as Female Trainer of the Year by AQHA. She currently raises cattle and exotic wildlife with her husband and kids on their ranch in Brenham, Texas.
Prior Work Experience: Veterinary Technician at Texas A&M University Large Animal Hospital - Surgery and Lameness Department, Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery – Racetrack Division in New Mexico and Texas, and helped manage a working cattle ranch in Townsend, Montana.
Various Field Achievements: Tracy is a published author, contributing to ""Soft Tissue Surgery – AAVET Equine Manual for Veterinary Technicians."" She has also demonstrated strong leadership in education, serving four years at Krause Elementary in roles such as PTO President, Vice President, and Chair of Membership & Communication, including involvement in the yearbook committee. She is the Team Mom for AHA Volleyball - Junior High Aggieland Panthers and serves as Coordinator for Junior Belles of Washington County. Additionally, Tracy led Girl Scout Troop 32103 of Washington County.
