“The Best Agent in Texas” My wife and I tried selling our farm and home for approximately one year on Zillow. We had numerous Real Estate companies come to our house under the pretense of looking to bring us a buyer. On each occasion before they left, we were presented with their sales pitch on listing with them. We were not impressed. But one day I received a call from Colton Harbert with Capitol Ranch telling us all about what they could do for us. I told him if he wanted to see our home, he was welcome. Colton drove all the way from Austin to our farm in Grapeland. He not only drove here but brought his boss Cody Maxwell and his Polaris UTV for exploring the property.
