Topography: The property has an expansive view and significant topography ideal for wild game. Elevation ranges from 2620-2720. Knute Draw, one of several on the property, runs along the east side of the tract and has to potential to carry water during heavy rains.

Flora and Fauna: The properties grasses, browse, and shrubs are in solid condition. The hills grow a variety of brush where yucca, grama grass, juniper, and cedar can be found. The flats are scattered with creosote bush, ojasen, catclaw, prickly pear, and mesquite. On the bottoms and draws heavy underbrush, hackberry, and oak can be found. The soils are of limestone origin.

There appears a healthy population of whitetail deer. Buck rubs and other sign can be found throughout the property. Other game species include, but are not limited to; Mule deer, federal hogs, Mountain Lion, Turkey, white-winged dove, morning dove, Furbearers include grey fox, ringtail cat, mountain lion, and bobcat. Several coveys of bobwhite and blue quail have been seen. The property has not been hunted in several years and receives little pressure from landowners.
