Verde Ridge sits on the east side of the Brazos River between Gooseneck Bend and Salem Bend. Located in southeastern Young County just minutes from Graham, TX, truly a unique opportunity for sportsmen! The ranch is ideally located 1.5 hours from Ft. Worth and 2 hours from Dallas and offers rolling terrain, excellent elevation changes with a good mixture of woods and open pasture. Perimeter and cross fences are in great shape.
Endless recreational opportunities exist with Brazos River frontage and Brazos River Authority land on the west side for added seclusion.
